1.Join in Seaoura: Gain 10 points simply for signing up.
2.Making Purchases: Earn 1 point for $1 spent on your orders.
3.Sharing Products Online: Post Seaoura items on your social platforms (Facebook) and receive 10 points per post.
4.Follow on instagram: Follow Seaoura on Instagram and earn 10 points.
5.Follow on TikTok: Follow Seaoura on TikTok and earn 10 points.
6.Post a product review:Get 10 points for each product review approved by Seaoura. Ensure written remarks have a minimum of 120 characters, or include one image alongside at least 60 characters.

We understand how this can happen. If you placed an order after joining our rewards program but accidentally weren't logged in, please send us a message—we’ll try to add these points retroactively where possible. However, orders completed before you became a program member don’t qualify for points.

→ Even after shipping, points can take 2-5 business days to show up. Tech gremlins happen – refresh your app or kick back with coffee while the system catches up. Pro tip: Some stores take up to 7 days!
❹ Was your order playing by the rules?
→ Points vanish like poofif items get canceled, or if you bought stuff like gift cards or memberships that don’t earn points. Always peek at the fine print!
